When you sign up for my reader list, I collect your first name and your email address. When you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address, and message you provide. I do not collect payment information, browsing history, or any other personal data.

I use your name and email address solely to send you the free book you requested, send you new release announcements and occasional updates about my books, and send you reader-exclusive offers and news. Contact form messages are used only to respond to your enquiry. I will never sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

To deliver emails and free books, I use the following services: • Bookfunnel (bookfunnel.com) — handles delivery of free ebooks. They process your email address when you claim a free book. • Sendfox (sendfox.com) — stores your name and email and sends newsletters on my behalf. Both services are bound by their own privacy policies and process data in accordance with GDPR.

Under GDPR you have the right to unsubscribe at any time — every email contains an unsubscribe link. You also have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, and to request deletion of your data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please use the contact form on this website.

This website does not set cookies directly. Bookfunnel may set cookies when you visit their page to claim a free book. See bookfunnel.com/privacy for details.

I retain your data for as long as you remain subscribed to my list. When you unsubscribe, your data is deleted within 30 days.

If I make material changes to this policy I will note the updated date at the top of this page.
